Hi, this is a very RARE vintage 1980's Sound Flasher From JAPAN. Other than a couple of listings from Japan, I haven't seen another in the US. This piece is missing one antenna, 2 hands, and a battery cover from what I can see. I don't know what else came with this figure. I put two double AA batteries in this and tested it and it works. Makes noise and flashes three different lights. I tried multiple times but could not upload the video on here.
